Summary
MakeInvoice (makeinvoice.xyz) is operated by Jazari Money. The invoice tool runs in your browser. We do not store the contents of your invoices on our servers.
Data on your device
Draft form fields and invoice numbers may be saved in your browser's local storage so you can continue later. You can clear this by clearing site data for makeinvoice.xyz in your browser settings.
PDF generation
PDFs are generated locally in your browser when you click download. We do not receive a copy of your PDF unless you choose to send it to someone else.
Country and currency defaults
To pre-select a currency and show relevant copy on the homepage, we may call a third-party geolocation API (ipapi.co) once per browser session. That request can include your IP address and returns only your country code — not invoice fields. The result is cached in session storage on your device. You can change currency anytime in the form.
Hosting and logs
The site is served as static files. Our host may collect standard access logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations. We do not use those logs to read invoice content.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand page usage and improve the product. If enabled, analytics would not include invoice field values.
Third-party links
Links to jazari.xyz and other sites are governed by their own policies. UTM parameters may be appended when you click promotional links so we can measure referrals.
